Oiza has a background in Geology and Mining, holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the University of Jos, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Renewable Energy Development from Heriot-Watt University.

Currently serving as the Country Director at Palladium: Make It Possible, Oiza has held various key roles in the organization, including Project Director for DFID initiatives in Nigeria, such as 'Stamping out Modern Slavery' and the 'SPRING Business Accelerator Programme' in South East Asia & East Africa.

Prior to Palladium, Oiza worked at the Department for International Development (DFID) as a Programme Manager and at the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) as an Assistant Trade Development Adviser/Manager.

With expertise in renewable energy development, climate change, business development, and client relationship management, Oiza has proven skills in organizational strategy development, team building, coaching, and mentoring of multidisciplinary teams.
