Dr. Olamide Okulaja is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the healthcare sector, specializing in Healthcare, Healthcare Financing, Hospital Management Information Systems, Healthcare Quality, Human Resources Management, and Business Development.

He holds an MBA in International Healthcare Management from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and an MBBS from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos.

In his previous roles, Olamide worked as the Director of Advocacy and Program Development at the PharmAccess Foundation in Nigeria, managing World Bank projects and contributing to the improvement of healthcare policies and regulations in Nigeria.

He also led the Nigerian Consortium of the African Health Markets For Equity project, a $60 million initiative supported by major foundations to enhance private sector involvement in providing quality healthcare to underserved populations.

Olamide has been actively involved in various Technical Working Groups in Lagos State, focusing on health insurance schemes, public-private partnerships, and ICT implementation for healthcare.

Currently, Olamide serves as the Technical Assistant to the Honorable Commissioner for Health and Health Economist at the Lagos State Ministry of Health, where he is instrumental in driving initiatives like the Medical Diagnostics and Services Provision Scheme and promoting access to capital for Private Health SMEs in Lagos and Delta State.

His expertise extends to leading the development of e-health strategies and policies for Lagos State, showcasing his commitment to advancing the healthcare system through innovation and strategic planning.
