Stern School of Business and New York University London, both fully funded by NYU Abu Dhabi.
Olea's high school education was equally distinguished. She attended Merrill High School in Wisconsin, USA, as part of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program, a fully funded initiative by the U.S. Department of State, where she graduated with a perfect GPA of 4.0.

Career Journey
Olea's professional journey is characterized by experiential learning and impactful contributions. She began her career at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in the Data + Analytics department, where she leveraged her skills to help shape client strategies through data-driven insights.
Previously, she served as a Digital Marketing Specialist for the Special Olympics World Games held in Abu Dhabi in 2019, where her role was integral to the success of the event’s digital presence. She has also held various positions at Edelman, including Digital Assistant Account Executive and Digital Marketing Intern, where she crafted compelling marketing campaigns that resonated with diverse audiences.
Olea's insight as a Consulting Analyst Intern at PA Consulting Group provided her with a solid foundation in consulting and analytical methodologies. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience in financial operations through her internship at New York University, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of finance and treasury operations.
