In October, Qualtrics laid off about 15% of its workforce. I was in a separate group of about 10% more who were laid off, but asked to stay through March while they transitioned most of our department's work offshore.
As my time at Qualtrics is nearing its end, I am eagerly looking for my next role.
I have years of experience as a people and operations manager. I love solving tricky problems and coming up with processes to resolve them (or creating more standardized processes to eliminate inefficiencies). I am adept at using data to make decisions and track success metrics. I love diving into complex operations and large sets of data. I have good communication and relationship management skills and I have lots of experience working directly with clients and vendors.
