Olivia Kefauver is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in various organizations.
She studied Tamil, Environmental Studies, and Indian Literature at the South India Term Abroad Program and pursued a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a Policy Concentration at Colby College.
Olivia has held multiple roles in different organizations, showcasing her versatility and commitment to making a difference.
Her work experience includes positions such as Web and Research Assistant at Tellus Institute, Assistant Farm Manager & Food Access Manager at Land's Sake, Substitute Teacher at Cambridge Friends School, and Research Intern at Small Planet Institute.
Additionally, Olivia has served as an Assistant Grower at Land's Sake, Assistant Manager at The Blue Pig Ice Cream Shop, and an Ecology Instructor at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation.
She has also worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Travis Reynolds in the Environmental Studies Program at Colby College and led the Colby Outdoor Orientation Trip (COOT) as a leader.
Her dedication to local food sustainability is evident through her role as a Local Food Sustainability Intern at the Washington County Council of Governments as part of the Acadian Internship in Regional Conservation and Stewardship program.
Prior to that, Olivia gained valuable experience as an Intern at the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and as a Division Director at Adirondack Woodcraft Camps.
