I'm proud to join other Asian American business leaders to stand up against Asian hate. The rampant violence against Asian Americans in recent months, particularly against the elderly, has been appalling and must stop. Today, we've published a letter in the Wall Street Journal publicly stating our position.

We ask that you join us in ending discrimination and violence against the Asian community and all marginalized communities. Enough is enough. Join our movement and stand with us at https://lnkd.in/g8yk6Vr

Yesterday, we started our monthly All Hands with 8 minutes and 46 seconds to honor the life of George Floyd. It was an emotional time as I looked at my computer screen and thought about how he must've felt lying on the ground. It felt like an eternity and I cannot imagine how other officers could stand by silently while this happened.

The rest of All Hands was dedicated to taking immediate action (signing petitions, sending emails to politicians, donating, and more) and talking about how we can be better as a company. I appreciate leadership for providing the time and space to take action.

I can never understand what it is like to be Black in America and I have not done enough as an ally. I do want to learn and have started reading 'How to be an Anti-Racist' to start. I can't change what little I've done thus far, I do commit to doing more and being better from now on.
