Highlights
I am honoured to be nominated, alongside wonderful colleagues Annette Yunus-Pendrey, PhD, AFHEA, Emmeline C. and Andrey Pavlov and to be named as the WINNER of the Best Lecturer Award by our graduate students Cranfield Students' Association!
This recognition is especially meaningful to me on two accounts. First it comes from those I have dedicated my work to inspire and support to reach their full potential. Special thank you to Kayleigh Butler (#EMBA) for her allyship and recognition. But it is more than that, it is personal...
I have come from a family of educators where commitment to excellence and unlocking individual potential was always at the heart of hard work. It has been a long journey to get here, which I couldn't have done without the support of a few special people who never stopped believing in my own potential. Therefore, I would like to take this unique opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to Shailendra Vyakarnam, Stephanie Hussels, Alison Judge, Phil Evans and Shima Barakat.
Thank you for the wonderful team at the Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship with special thank you to Caroline Harris and Gabriela Pearson. It takes a team to win an award.
Exciting times ahead....

It was my pleasure to sit on a panel at The Foundation For Science and Technology Future Leaders Conference on Monday focusing on topics around '#Risk and #Resilience' in relation to the #futureofwork and #AI.
The emerging themes from the conference shed light to the importance of #perception and the role of #scienceandtechnology in tackling complex societal challenges. We live in a #sociotecnicalsystem where #cross-sectoral collaboration and #multidisciplinary approach is key.
These rapid changes call for a greater degree of #adaptability #flexibility #trust in developing skills and knowledge for future workforce highlighting the importance of #humanbehavior and the #entreprenurialmindset.
Thank you Dr Eun Sun Godwin, Prof Helen Margetts, Jillian MacBryde, Toby Peyton-Jones OBE, Rhys Morgan for sharing your insights through a vibrant discussion.
Thank you Gavin Costigan and FFL Conference organising committee team for enabling this great event.
