Oscar Moll

PhD Student at MIT

Oscar Moll is a postdoctoral researcher at the Data Systems Group at MIT CSAIL, working with Sam Madden and Michael Cafarella.2 He recently completed his PhD at MIT, focusing on data systems for AI and problems related to developing AI applications.2 His research interests include:

Oscar is originally from Cobán, Guatemala, and is an alumnus of Li Po Chun United World College, the Guatemalan science olympiad, and American School of Guatemala's PBA scholarship program.2 In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, running, and strength training.2

Currently, Oscar is in the job market, seeking opportunities to work on machine learning model development, particularly in language and vision-language models for impactful real-world deployments.2
