With September tomorrow we are already in the fall, this means many retailers start their yearly planning and budget process for next FY. That’s why I have tried to sum up my thoughts (yes, I know its 4 month to go, but see it as a draft 😀 )

📣 Excited to share my latest article: "Top Digital Technologies Shaping Retail in 2024"

The retail landscape is rapidly evolving, driven by digital innovation. During Covid the we saw a boost in online sales and also a spark for innovative ideas. Post Covid we see customer coming back to store, but expecting the convenience and personalization’s of online, retailers wanting the data and efficiency from online in store. We see an increase in self-service solutions and staff that more focus on the customers, stores more focusing on experience and customers expecting a seamless, friction free and personal experience in all channels. As we plan for 2024, it's clear that the future of retail is not just about surviving but thriving in this new digital era. The journey of transformation promises to unlock unprecedented opportunities for retailers ready to embrace these next-generation technologies.

What’s your thoughts, lets make 2024 a great year for retail
