With extensive experience in restaurant operations, real estate, financing, and small business management, Harris Eckstut has been instrumental in the success of numerous restaurants over the years, guiding them through various aspects such as concept development, menu planning, financial strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Specializing in business planning, troubled business analysis, turnaround strategies, ghost kitchens, property selection, financing coordination, investor relations, and feasibility studies, Harris Eckstut has a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant industry's intricacies.

His consultancy services have benefited a variety of establishments, including popular names like Cicala's at the Divine Lorraine, Vernick Food & Drink, The Pop Shop, and Green Line Cafe, among others.

Educationally, Harris Eckstut pursued his studies in Pinochle at Central High School and holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy from Villanova University. He also completed coursework in History and Theater at the same institution.

Throughout his career, Harris Eckstut has been involved in various roles within different organizations, such as serving as the Principal at Eckstut Restaurant and Small Business Consulting, and as the former Principal Owner at Eckstut Restaurant Consulting. He also worked as a consultant at Ehrenkrantz Eckstut & Kuhn Architects and was the owner of MontSerrat Restaurant.
