Owen Pendlebury is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, computer applications, and management.

Owen holds a Master of Science in Forensic Computing from Dublin City University and has also studied Computer Applications and Management at Dundalk Institute of Technology.

Currently, Owen serves as the Head of Cyber Resilience at Bank of Ireland, bringing his expertise to the forefront of managing cyber threats and ensuring the organization's security.

Prior to his current role, Owen has held significant positions including being a part of the Global Board of Directors at Owasp Foundation, where he served as Chair and Vice Chair while also fulfilling the Secretary role.

Owen has a rich history working in cybersecurity, having been a Senior Manager for Penetration Testing and Red Teaming Lead at Deloitte, as well as leading Cyber Security Programme Board at National College of Ireland.

His experience also extends to academia, where he has lectured and contributed as a Cyber Security Masters Architect at National College of Ireland.

Owen's journey includes roles such as Senior Ethical Hacker at Rits Information Security, Ethical Hacker at Ey, Penetration Testing Lead at Deloitte, and Chapter Lead at Owasp Foundation, showcasing his versatility and depth of expertise.

Prior to his cybersecurity roles, Owen has also been involved in web development, sales, and technical positions, highlighting his diverse skill set and adaptability in various domains.
