Pablo Tortolero is a policy professional and Fulbright Scholar with a strong interest in the fusion of technology, policy, and security. He pursued a Master's in International Policy at Stanford University, specializing in Cyber Policy & Security. With a diverse background, including experiences in the U.S., Mexico, and France, Pablo has worked for various organizations such as an international organization in Washington D.C., the Mexican government's office handling trade and investment, and a prominent Mexican consulting firm involved in the NAFTA-USMCA trilateral trade agreement.

During his time at Stanford, Pablo delved deep into studying the technology policy landscape by balancing coursework encompassing general policymaking, cyber policy, technical skills like data analysis and programming, and legal aspects like cyber law and AI regulation. His current focus involves research projects at the Stanford Cyber Policy Center related to automated vehicles' safety and EU artificial intelligence regulation. Additionally, he has a keen interest in international security's economic implications, evident from his undergraduate thesis on security challenges within the US-Mexico relationship, and his engagement with US foreign policy and security courses at Stanford featuring top experts and ex-government officials from FSI-CISAC/Hoover Institution.

Pablo is continuously enhancing his expertise as a technology policy professional, evident through his capstone project's execution concerning vulnerability disclosure in cybersecurity processes with European policymakers.
