Pam Gerber is an experienced leader and advocate based in Dallas, Texas. She served as the Executive Director of Entrepreneurs For North Texas (EFNT), a program under the Communities Foundation of Texas, for 14 years. During her tenure, she played a key role in fostering corporate philanthropy and community engagement among small and mid-sized businesses in the North Texas region. EFNT facilitated partnerships between businesses and nonprofits to address community needs while aligning with corporate objectives.12
