Pam Jensen is a philanthropic strategist with over 30 years of experience in various roles at Princeton University, specializing in prospect and volunteer management, campaign planning, stewardship, and talent management.

Her achievements include developing core values and competencies, leading fundraising campaigns, heading the Diversity and Inclusion committee, providing personalized stewardship for major donors, and excelling in goal setting, performance metrics, and professional training.

She holds a Rutgers Leadership Development Certificate, received training in Effective/Executive Leadership Coaching from Princeton Performance Dynamics, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Lake Forest College.

Pam is the Co-Founder of Delphi Strategy & Solutions and has held notable positions at Princeton University, including Associate Director for Principal Gifts Stewardship, Director of Special Projects for Development Operations, Senior Associate Director for Capital Giving, and more. She has also worked at the American Paralysis Association and Leo Burnett.
