Dr. Pandwe Gibson, a distinguished scientist, ecopreneur, and investor, has an impressive background in education and business.

With a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College, a Master's degree from Claremont Graduate University, a Master in Leadership from Harvard, an MBA from MIT, and a PhD from Claremont Graduate University, Pandwe is well-educated and accomplished.

She has international experience having lived, studied, taught, and worked in various renowned universities across the globe, including the University of Logon in Accra Ghana and Oxford University in England.

Pandwe's professional journey includes founding and expanding a network of successful urban schools in Post Katrina New Orleans and subsequently venturing into the business world, where she has initiated, managed, and grown over 20 prosperous companies.

As the President and Founder of EcoTech Visions, Pandwe leads the way in guiding entrepreneurs to foster smart manufacturing solutions for smart cities by leveraging AI, IOT, and Blockchain technologies through an innovative on-demand marketplace.

Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including R&D, AI & computer vision technology, Operations, Human Resource management, business development, and ESG investing.

Prior to her current role, she played a pivotal role in expanding Charter Management School Systems from one location to 20 locations swiftly, showing her knack for developing effective organizational models for rapid growth.

Pandwe's commitment to community service is evident through her involvement as a Board of Directors member for organizations like The American Red Cross and USGBC, for which she has been honored with the Key to Miami Dade County.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Pandwe enjoys traveling, extreme sports, carpentry, and relaxing at the beach. She has also contributed her expertise in ESG protocols and investing in White House briefings.
