Paolo Gallo is an accomplished author and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at the World Economic Forum, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, human resources, and international organizations.

With a career spanning 70 countries, Paolo previously served as Chief Learning Officer at the World Bank in Washington DC, Director of Human Resources at EBRD in London, and held roles at the International Finance Corporation in Washington DC and Citigroup in Milan, London, and New York.

He is a certified transformational coach from Georgetown University, a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, and a Chartered Fellow FCIPD in the UK.
