Currently, Pascale serves as the Director of Disasters Climate and Crisis at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, focusing on prevention, response, and recovery efforts.

She is adept at change management, working in matrix organizations, and engaging internal and external stakeholders towards common goals.

With a passion for translating intentions into practice, Pascale Meige is a skilled professional in risk management, vulnerability analysis, and mobilizing diverse teams for impactful results.
