Pat B. Chaukos is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of law, business, and economics.

He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business & Economics from the University of Toronto at Rotman School of Management.

Throughout his career, Pat has held several key positions in prestigious organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership in economic growth, innovation, compliance, and risk management.

He has served as a Special Advisor for Economic Growth & Innovation at the Ontario Securities Commission and has been involved with various significant initiatives such as the Fintech Taskforce at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and the SME Growth Working Group at the C.D. Howe Institute.

Pat's contributions to the industry include roles such as Director of the Office of Economic Growth and Innovation, Chair of the Fintech Advisory Committee, and Deputy Director of OSC LaunchPad at the Ontario Securities Commission.

His extensive experience also extends to the private sector, where he has held positions such as Corporate Secretary at RMFI - RBC Global Asset Management and VP/Senior Manager of Risk Management & Compliance at the same organization.
