Patricia Henriquez, a driven individual passionate about people's development and contributing to her community, has amassed a wealth of experience in consulting, teaching, and customer success. With expertise in solving complex problems, fearless execution, and challenging the status quo, Patricia's career journey began as a systems implementation consultant, aiding companies in digital strategy planning and e-commerce system implementation. Her tenure in this role allowed her to lead and nurture teams domestically and internationally, offering insights into various corporate cultures.

In 2015, driven by a desire to live life without regrets, Patricia transitioned into the education sector, joining Teach for America to fulfill a long-standing dream and create a meaningful impact in her community. Following three years of teaching, she transitioned into ed-tech, supporting school districts in integrating technology into classrooms. Patricia's diverse background has led her to realize her life mission of making a difference by leveraging her bravery, inquisitiveness, and partnership-building skills to champion underrepresented groups and ensure their inclusion in decision-making processes.

Educationally, Patricia holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami, further expanding her expertise with studies in Web Development at IronHack and Coaching at The Co-Active Training Institute. Her impressive career includes roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Clever Inc., Mathematics Educator at Summit Public Schools, Corps Member at Teach For America, Manager at Accenture Interactive, and Region D Conference Chair at the Society of Women Engineers.
