Throughout her career, Patricia has held key roles in various prestigious organizations. She currently serves as the Director of Value-Based Initiatives at Saint Peter's Healthcare System. She has previously worked as a Program Manager for Payment Reform at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Director of Strategic Planning and Development at Health Republic Insurance of New York, Project Manager at Interboro Regional Health Information Organization (RHIO), and Quality Control Manager at Globalemed, SA (PTY) Ltd in Cape Town, South Africa.
