Highlights
Nashville Yards is a remarkable new development I've enjoyed watching take shape over the last several years, from the Class A++ office buildings being constructed to the underground parking that serves as its streets to get around the project to the HWYs. It is a site to behold, not only in #Nashville but also in the Southeast.
What's your favorite part about the development?
There is really interesting data from Gallup on talking about politics while at work. Some studies showed that discussing politics made employees feel closer and more engaged at work, while others showed that it only made them feel worse about their workplace environment.
Personally, I believe that we should be free to discuss politics with those around us. How else are we going to have peaceful discord about our political views? On social media with someone we'll never meet that only makes our blood boil? Or with someone we know and care about that could lead to a better understanding of an opposing view?
