My time at Cogir Senior Living has come to an end. As I finish out my time here I am in awe of all that we accomplished and am grateful to so many who I have gotten to work with and help build Cogir in the US. These were a great 4 years.

Every year at this time I take a look back at my career and see if I am where I want to be. As I think back to when I started, 2 years ago at Cogir Senior Living, and the idea that we could be at the beginning of growing something special, I accepted the job with a heart full of hope and trust and not a little bit of trepidation. Now looking forward from here, and the very real growth we have and are going to be experiencing in the next couple of years, it seems incredible. I have to pinch myself. Yes it's hard at times, there have been moments of doubt and uncertainty. Never thought I would add Pandemic Specialist to my resume, never wanted to...And yet, through it all, I am incredibly proud of what we are doing at Cogir. The leadership team with Walter Jossart, CFA and David Eskenazy is beyond reproach. Imagine working for a company who does what they say when they say they are going to do it.
And sure, there are growing pains and not all is perfect. But to be part of creating a company that our Residents, Families and Staff love...wow...
