A bit of a personal update, earlier this year my amazing time with Therapie came to an end. I was part of something really unique in and it was an amazing experience. Along with Conor Cunningham and Domenico Fioravanti, I was trusted (by Phillip McGlade) to build a tech group from the ground up and I leave behind an amazing team of people who I know will continue to grow to new levels!
I’ve learned a lot in a short space of time - the autonomous empowered teams model works, outcomes over output and measure the impact.
For me now, I will be returning to Phorest for a brand new adventure (with a new brand!). The team has grown a lot and with so many new opportunities and challenges ahead I couldn’t be more excited about the future.
