Patrick Quinton

Patrick Quinton is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dweller, a company specializing in the development and financing of prefab accessory dwelling units (ADUs). He has extensive experience in economic development and urban renewal, having served for over five years as the Executive Director of Prosper Portland (formerly the Portland Development Commission). During his tenure, he oversaw significant economic growth in Portland, including investments in over 800 businesses, the creation of nearly 50,000 jobs, and the attraction of $1.5 billion in private investment.12

Before his work at Prosper Portland, Quinton held leadership roles in commercial finance and community banking, including at Shorebank Corporation, a leader in community revitalization. He holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.12
