Highlights
Thrilled to share that my interview with the #1 M&A Podcast, Morgan & Westfield's M&A Talk was just released! Thank you very much Jacob Orosz for providing the platform for us to discuss THE biggest driver in getting lower middle market M&A deals across the goal line - transferring indemnity risk from the Seller to an insurance company. It's amazing that over 90% of M&A professionals aware of RWI insurance are unaware of a new product designed exclusively for deals priced from $1M to $30M in EV. This program, CFC's TLPE Sell-side RWI program is a gamechanger and if you want to learn more, to gain a competitive advantage on your M&A practice, have a listen!
