Pau Garcia is a prominent figure in new media design and data languages, with a rich background in leading innovative projects across Europe. With a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Visual Communications from the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, and studies in Visual Communication and Design at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Pau has a strong educational foundation. Additionally, he has pursued further studies in social network analysis at the University of Michigan.

Pau's impressive career includes receiving the M4M European Prize in 2013, which led him to design a project for the European Design Institute, focusing on developing cartographic systems and innovative data visualization methods. His work has been exhibited at prestigious venues such as the Center of Contemporary Art of Fabrica in Milan, showcasing groundbreaking approaches to info-experiences.

Currently, Pau Garcia leads the design firm Domestic Data Streamers, specializing in research, communication, and design projects for renowned cultural institutions and organizations like the California Academy of Sciences, Google, UNICEF, and Spotify. Furthermore, he serves as the director of the Master in Data and Design at the Elisava School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of design and data professionals.
