Paul Biggar is an Irish tech entrepreneur and software engineer based in New York City. He is the founder and CEO of Tech For Palestine, an initiative he co-founded with a group of over 40 tech professionals aimed at addressing the tech industry's complicity in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and advocating for Palestinian rights. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of CircleCI, a continuous integration and delivery platform, and he also founded Darklang, a platform designed to simplify the process of building scalable applications.125

Biggar has been vocal about the tech industry's silence regarding the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, using his platform to raise awareness and encourage discussion on the issue. His blog post titled "I Can't Sleep" highlighted the emotional toll of witnessing the violence and called for a shift in the tech community's stance towards the conflict.34 He has a PhD in Compilers and Static Analysis and has contributed to various discussions on progressive politics and technology.24
