Paul G. Griffin is the Founder and President of The Possibility Project, a non-profit organization he established in June 2000.1 The Possibility Project empowers teenagers from diverse backgrounds to transform negative forces in their lives and communities into positive action, using performing arts and community engagement as tools for change.12

Griffin's work with The Possibility Project involves:
