Jeszenszky's background is diverse, combining expertise in marketing, growth leadership, and music industry execution. Before founding SUBMIX, he served as the CMO of Native Instruments and is currently a Managing Director and owner of Norand Synths, a boutique gear maker.1
His passion for music extends beyond his professional life. Jeszenszky has experience as a professional DJ, touring for 10 years starting in the late 90s.1 He also owns a record label and continues to produce house music in his spare time.1
Jeszenszky's educational background includes a BA in Journalism & Political Science from Concordia University and a DEC in Political Science and Economics from Marianopolis College.
Under his leadership, SUBMIX recently raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round to accelerate their mission of streamlining remote collaboration for musicians, producers, and audio professionals worldwide.3 The platform aims to fundamentally change how audio professionals access opportunities and make a living.3

We have >75% of our Pre-Seed round committed with a strong pipeline of conversations and pending investments in progress. However, we would still like to find a few strategic investors, especially those who understand Product Management, B2B Sales, and/or the Music Industry.
Company Background: Submix is modernizing the workflow for Audio Professionals, with a focus on music creation. We make it easier to both connect, collaborate and produce music, while significantly improving the income opportunities music makers have. At a casual glance our initial product, Submix Sessions, looks like Zoom or Google Meets + Miro but with the tools Audio Professionals need to do their job effectively. However, we believe we are helping to build a new category and as our product roadmap rolls out, this will become more and more clear.
High level, we are raising a Pre-Seed round on SAFE. We have >75% committed already, with half deposited and the next 25% being deposited over the coming week. We expect to have it fully closed by the end of March.
We feel like a broken record (yes, pun intended) saying these are challenging times to fundraise. However, they are. We’ve spent the last year or so speaking to a large number of investors while creating category-building technology. It’s been a lot tougher than we would have imagined. Given that we’ve spoken to way more users than investors - and this is the group we’re creating Submix for - it's clearer to the team than ever we’re on the right track (yesss…another pun. I‘ll stop now)! We already have Grammy winning producers along with many of the heroes of underground music working on the Submix platform.
Along the way, we’ve also pulled together an amazing advisory board and experienced angel investors who have been game-changers for us. They have been telling us to spend more time sharing our progress. And we have to admit, we haven’t done enough to get the word out to close this round. So we hope this is the right first step to fixing that. ;)
