Great to see work I did a few years back finally getting traction: Bayesian inferance sorted through cancer data, testing cause and effect, to find new targets that were confirmed with follow-up experiments. The work was published in Cancer Research. Our collaborator Rina Gendelman won the Young Researcher award at AACR for this work a few years back working in Michael Korn's lab at UCSF.
