Paul Spadaro is the President of the USAIGC, a distinguished figure who has led the organization through significant changes and growth.

Taking over in 2001, Paul restructured the USAIGC, focusing on creating an Optional Only College Bound Competitive Program aligned with NCAAC skills.

Under his leadership, the USAIGC implemented an open rules & policy vote every 2 years, giving member clubs a voice in shaping the organization.

Gymnasts within the USAIGC have set training hours based on their competitive level, with coaches determining progression to higher levels.

In 2004, the USAIGC expanded internationally, now including 6 countries in the IAIGC with plans for further global expansion.

An annual World Championship is held for every competitive level, providing gymnasts with the opportunity to compete on a global scale.

The USAIGC is set to introduce a Warrior Program and an International Tumbling Program, emphasizing growth and development for club owners worldwide.
