Paul Sturman is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles. In his career journey, Paul has also contributed his insights and knowledge as an Advisory Board Member at the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University and the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at John Hopkins University. His commitment to excellence and strategic thinking is evident in his past role as an Independent Director at TYME Technologies Inc.

As I officially depart The Bountiful Company this week, rather than imparting words of wisdom around value creation, leadership, etc., I'd prefer to share a career highlight. I am most proud that, in collaboration with KKR, we made it possible for every colleague at The Bountiful Company to participate in, and realize the benefit of, ownership with the sale to Nestle. EVERY COLLEAGUE SHARED IN OWNERSHIP EQUITY at closing.
It was a privilege to lead this company the past four years and I wish everyone the best of success going forward.

The current public health challenge is impacting us all in one way or another. As we navigate these unprecedented times, and place the highest priority on our collective health and safety, I want to take a moment to share publicly my appreciation for my fellow colleagues at The Nature’s Bounty Co.
I am particularly proud of our Supply Chain teams who continue to produce and distribute our products around the clock and around the world. As a leading global health and wellness manufacturer we take quite seriously our responsibility to continue to serve the millions of consumers who rely on us to support their nutritional health needs.
To that end, we are also focused on serving the community in which we live, work and do business. Through our charitable arm, The Nature’s Bounty Foundation, we are working with Island Harvest, the largest food bank on Long Island, and The Food Bank of NYC, to assist our neighbors’ immediate needs.
