Paulette Dallas is the National Director of Affiliates at the ACE Mentor Program of America.1 She joined the ACE family in 2009 and the ACE National team in 2017.1 Paulette is passionate about mentoring, workforce development, and providing pathways for students, especially those who are marginalized and underrepresented.1

Before joining ACE, Paulette worked in early childhood education since the late 1990s, and in 2005, she transitioned to association/non-profit management in Los Angeles.1

Paulette has a BA in Sociology and a K-12 Teaching Credential from Fresno State University, as well as a Non-Profit Fundraising Certificate from NYU.1 She enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and exploring Los Angeles.1

Paulette can assist with learning about ACE and making connections locally, regionally, and nationally.1
