The Next Strategy for Scouting workshop, gathered over 60 participants from 30 National Scout Organisation to shape the future of our organisation. Reflecting on the reality and needs of young people today, we discussed the essential impact we would like Scouting on the world. We also shared the priorities we would like our Movement and our organisation to focus on to continue contributing to educate millions of young people around the world and create a better world.

As part of the Strategy Group, planning and delivering such and event was an incredible experience. I am proud to see our Movement continuously growing and continuously be bolder and more relevant to the needs of younger generations. A special thank you to David Berg and Jo Deman for their support and trust in this journey.

Last week, I had the honour to take part in the Internation Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect Congress 2022 in Tallinn, Estonia.

A great opportunity to discuss, share and learn from social workers, researchers, governmental representatives and other international organizations from all around the world about Child Protection for the Most Vulnerable Children and Family.

Very impressed by the quality of the researches and presentations covering a large diversity of topics in this complex area of protecting children and young people.

An extra step the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) takes to work together and create a safer Scouting experience for all ⚜💜

Thank you ISPCAN - Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention for such an opportunity!
