I love what Self Esteem is doing to raise awareness of gender-based violence which is especially topical this week through the design of a football shirt with "He's Coming Home" on it. A reminder that when England win or draw, domestic violence increases by 26% and by 38% if they lose a match.
After the killing of Sarah Everard in 2021, I attended a local vigil where the name of every woman who had been killed in the UK by a man was read out. That list was long. And it shouldn't even exist at all.
