Paulo de Souza is a professional with expertise in Salvage, Search, Rescue, Pre-Hospital Care (APH), Firefighting, Planning, Risk and Disaster Management.

He has a background in creating Scenario Matrix, Responsibility and Institutional Activities Matrix, developing Tabletop Exercises, Simulated Drills, and is a Volunteer for Humanitarian Aid.

His education includes specialized studies in Crisis and Disaster Management from institutions like CBMDF, Católica, UnB, FGF.

Throughout his career, Paulo has held various roles such as General Coordinator of Risk Management at the National Center for Risk and Disaster Management, within the National Civil Defense Secretariat of the Ministry of Regional Development.

He has also worked as a Military Advisor, President, and Lieutenant Colonel in organizations like the Brasília Public Security Secretariat, Brazilian Red Cross, and CBMDF.

Additionally, he has international experience having been part of the USAR TEAM as an Instructor for BREC and CRECL at the International Search and Rescue Advisory Group under the United Nations.

Paulo has served as a Technical Consultant as well as Lieutenant Colonel in the Military Firefighters of the Federal District.

His past roles include serving as Coordinator of the Integrated Command and Control Center of the Federal District, Planning Manager at the Regional Integrated Command and Control Center of the Federal District, and Executive Secretary at CODISGE/DF.

Moreover, he was involved in coordinating the Integrated Command and Control Center of the Federal District and the Public Security and Social Peace Department of the Federal District.
