Paulo Saavedra is a seasoned professional in the field of digital communication and interactive media. With a background in Business Communication from Universidad Pompeu Fabra and Universidad Diego Portales, as well as a diploma in Interactive Media from Pontificia Universidad Católica De Chile, Paulo has honed his expertise in web project management and user-centric design. He played a pivotal role in crafting the first Usability and Accessibility Manifesto for government portals in Mexico alongside renowned experts in the field.

Paulo's contributions extend to his role as the creator of the Web Development Guide for the Government of Chile and his active involvement in web exploration since 1993. His early initiatives, like ANTIWEB.CL and contributions to the development of the Third Internet, underline his innovative spirit and forward-thinking approach. Currently, Paulo serves as an educator, teaching courses on Usability, Digital Identity, and Multimedia workshops at leading academic institutions like Facultad de Diseño (UDD) and Escuela de Periodismo at Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
