Peggy Billingsley is a Bioengineering Ph.D. graduate with a strong background in research administration, technology commercialization, product development, and regulatory affairs.

Proficient in both English and Mandarin, Peggy possesses extensive experience in data analysis using statistical software such as Matlab, R, and Excel.

She has over 6 years of expertise in Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) Microscopy and custom optical fluorescence instrumentation development.

Additionally, Peggy has 5+ years of experience in molecular biology techniques, medical device hardware and software development, and programming languages including C/C++, Visual C++, Matlab, and Python.

Her academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biophysics, a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.

Formerly holding positions at prestigious institutions like The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Peggy has served in roles ranging from Senior Administrative Coordinator to Graduate Teaching Assistant.

She is a former Postdoctoral Research Associate and has also been involved in various research projects during her graduate and undergraduate studies.
