Currently, Peggy McGuinness serves as the Director of the Transnational Legal Practice LL.M Program at St. John's University School of Law, where she imparts her expertise to future legal professionals.

Her previous roles include the Co-Director position at St. John's Center for International and Comparative Law and esteemed positions as a Law Professor at both St. John's University School of Law and the University of Missouri.

Additionally, she gained valuable legal experience as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, further demonstrating her versatility in the legal field.

Prior to her roles in academia, Peggy McGuinness served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Colleen McMahon at the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, enriching her understanding of the judicial system.
