Peony Fhagen

Peony Fhagen is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in academia.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Developmental Psychology and a Master's degree in Child Clinical Psychology, both from Penn State University. Additionally, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Wellesley College.

With a strong foundation in psychology and education, Peony has held significant leadership positions at Colorado College. She is renowned as the Director of the Bridge Scholars Program, where she helps nurture and guide students in their educational journey.

Prior to her current role, Peony served as the Director of the Crown Faculty Center and as the Senior Associate Dean for Equity, Inclusion, and Faculty Development at Colorado College. Her dedication to promoting equity and inclusivity in the academic environment is evident through her various leadership roles.
