Perseo Quiroz Rendon is a distinguished lawyer specializing in human rights, international law, and constitutional law. He served as the Executive Director of Amnesty International Mexico, with a focus on advocating against torture, forced disappearances, and femicide. Quiroz also held roles in public administration, international arbitration, and litigation in the private sector.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas A.C (CIDE) and a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame, where he excelled as a Fulbright-García Robles scholar. Quiroz's expertise extends to legal assistance for migration, refugee, and asylum cases, evident during his tenure as the Deputy Advocacy Coordinator at Sin Fronteras, I.A.P.

Throughout his career, Perseo Quiroz has actively contributed to advancing human rights and constitutional law through his work in civil society, federal public administration, and various high-profile organizations.
