Can fear be the biggest barrier to Innovation?

Last year at Miro Innovation Imperative, Paul D'Arcy unveiled our research indicating that nearly 40% of workers reported they didn’t know what their company's innovation strategy was, despite 98% of leaders agreeing innovation was urgent. We found that personal fear was getting in the way of achieving innovation.

Last month, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) reported similar findings in that 97% of companies aren’t innovation-ready, despite 83% stating that innovation is a top 3 priority. 🤯

I worked with Daniel Avery and Huw Thomas from Rainmaking recently to upload their Innovation Thesis Canvas onto the Miroverse. My latest blog post I share more about how we can overcome these barriers to create the next big thing. 🌟
