After seven exhilarating years at the McKinsey Global Institute, I am moving on. I have a couple of creative projects in the works (more on those in due course), and will be setting myself up as an independent editor/writer specializing in thought leadership projects - reports, white papers, speeches, op-eds, and the like. Big thanks to my McKinsey colleagues for their heart-warming sendoff, which included this glorious image of me as the Bard. Have pen, will travel.
