Peter J. Kim is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background spanning culinary arts, law, and international relations.

Peter holds a JD, magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he also studied BA in Political Science at Brown University.

His educational journey includes a Certificate in French Culinary Technique (Amateur) from the French Culinary Institute and a Master II in Droit et Globalisation Economique from both Sciences Po and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Throughout his career, Peter has been associated with prestigious organizations such as Pinterest as a member of Food Creators and The Culinary Institute of America as a former Member of the African Cuisines Advisory Council.

He has also served as the Founding Director at the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) and as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

Peter J. Kim's professional journey includes impactful roles such as a Public International Fellow at the International Center for Transitional Justice, a Public Health Extension Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps, and an Emerson Hunger Fellow at the Congressional Hunger Center.
