It's a great reminder that all the sales techniques in the world won't help if you don't care about the person on the other side.
Empathy is something that I've been practicing over the years.
It's easy to judge someone and move "onto the next one" in order to close a deal.
It's a lot harder to sit with the person and realize they're a human being with needs, wants, and challenges...
...just like us.
When they sense you CARE, then the "sale" becomes much more smoother...
