Team is everything!
Every team needs someone like Mariana.
We share the same passion for design and we work towards the same vision.
We can be sat at our desks and with just a look, know what each other is thinking.
I know she will crush every new client project with our design team.
She knows I will do everything to support her.
Together we have overcome many challenges.
Always with an attitude of learning and improving along the way.
Mariana built up the team when spirits were down. She invests in them when spirits are good.
We take mega pride in our work. And we always manage to have fun.
This team is what makes UserActive special.
If there’s one thing you should always invest in, it’s your team.
Is there anything in your product that gives users a negative perception?
Often the solution lies in education.
Here's an example of how we helped transform a small misconception for ListKit.
ListKit delivers some of the highest quality data of all the lead providers. That's because their data is triple-verified ✅
The problem is most users don't know what that means.
Therefore, when users searched for 500 leads and only received 460, they felt short-changed. It gave a negative perception.
However, it's only because 40 of those leads did not pass triple-verification.
That's 3 different sources to confirm the email addresses are real, valid and actually in-use.
The user felt like this: 😫 Not receiving enough data 😫 Paying for more than they get 😫 Concerned about data quality 😫 Uncertain level of trust
But the reality is this: 😍 Triple-verified leads means higher quality data 😍 This protect the sender's reputation 😍 It also improves email deliverability 😍 Only 460 credits were used (not 500)
So how did we positively change user perception?
It's simple. We educated them contextually on each of these points at the source of the problem. In this case, it's the moment the user reaches the order processing screen.
Explain the feature. Explain the benefits. Let disappointed users become reassured advocates.
