Highlights
Earlier this week, Johnny and I had a bit of fun talking about me becoming a social media superstar and a number of DM's came in with question marks.
Congrats, I guess ??? :)
Then Eduardo joined in and Daniel today and Johnny is renaming Caffaro Consulting to the Caffaro Collaborative
Someone asked me, "How could you go from leading one of the most interesting companies building Intelligent Surgery to a social media superstar in training????"
It’s because what we are working on is really important and it’s something CEO’s, VP of Sales and Marketing and most of the front line troops are missing in their approach.
You need to focus on distribution in 2022, not 2002.
I led enhatch for over 10 years and there were many things we did right and we also made plenty of mistakes. But the most important thing I could have done was build a content generating machine, but we really struggled. There were many times, I was impeding it because of all the "other work" I had to do.
So we are here to help companies try harder and do better. We think there’s a gap in the market between technology, marketing, surgeons and social media.
If you are a surgeon, marketer, sales rep, engineer or leader at your company and interested in joining the collaborative, hop aboard, this is going to be a lot of fun!
