We were fortunate to host Alex Newmann in our Workbox Future of Work accelerator session yesterday! I loved hearing him talk about the power that founders can tap into if they make the conscious decision to narrow from "all things to all people" to a very specific Ideal Client Profile.

Alex went deep on what a great conversation looks like with a prospect. Deeply understanding the pain. Deeply understanding the prospect's priorities. Understanding precisely who the stakeholders are and their roles. And more. Ultimately leaving the conversation with a clear understanding of what motivates the prospect's interest.

Huge thanks to Alex, who has been one of our longest running mentors for the program -- our founders are so fortunate to have your wisdom!
