Dr. Philip Kalikman is a seasoned academic with a wealth of experience in real estate, finance, and economics. He has served as a University Assistant Professor at the prestigious University of Cambridge, specializing in research areas like mortgage default, housing markets, financial crises, and computational models of the economy. Dr. Kalikman holds a strong educational background, with a PhD in Economics from Yale University, an MA, MPhil in economics from the same institution, and a BA in pure mathematics from the University of Chicago.
