Phill Pullinger

GP at Bruny Island. Conservationist

Phill Pullinger is a dedicated General Practitioner with a strong background in public health, public policy, and economics. He holds Masters Degrees in Public Policy and Economics, alongside a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and a Bachelor of Medical Science.

Phill's medical experience spans various settings including rural, remote, Aboriginal health, and Emergency Medicine. Currently, he serves as the GP at Bruny Island Medical and contributes to the Statewide phone triage service, GP Assist.

In addition to his medical commitments, Phill is actively involved in conservation efforts, having worked with organizations like the Tarkine Coalition and Environment Tasmania. He is also known for founding the Medics for Gun Control initiative and authoring 'Tarkine Trails'.
